Thermal load valves are used for return flow boost in solid fuel boilers, with or without buffer storage tanks. They maintain the boiler water and return temperature high, optimise the combustion in this way and prevent dropping below the dew point. They provide for an excellent temperature stratification in buffer storage systems. Load valves do not require any auxiliary energy and are available in different opening temperatures.
