Fresh-water storage tank for highest demands on drinking water hygiene and energy efficiency.
The structure of fresh-water storage tanks differs fundamentally from conventional, large-volume domestic hot water storage tanks. A built-in corrugated stainless steel pipe separates the drinking water from the heating water and also serves as a high-performance heat exchanger. This combines the advantages of a buffer storage tank with those of an instantaneous water heater.
The heating water serves as actual heat storage while the drinking water passes through the corrugated stainless steel pipe only if required and, this ensures a domestic water heating that is legionella-safe. You do not need a legionella protection programme in the control unit. At all times, the consumer is provided with hygienically perfect, fresh water at the desired temperature.

The three additional smooth-pipe heat exchangers give your customer the option of integrating more heat generators at any time and feeding their energy into the fresh-water storage tank.

for a 300L, input water temperature of 10⁰C, tank at 50⁰C, output at 45⁰C, what is the maximum flow rate in L/min of the 4,40 m² tubular heat exchanger? with a heat pump connected at top exchanger for sanitary hot water backup (so on the 0,77m² tubular heat exchanger) heat pump delivering 50⁰C hot water, how long will it take to heat the top 1/3 part of the tank? would be great if we had the Nominal capacity (kW) and max flow rate at +10 °C CW, +45 °C HW and +50 °C storage temp for the hot water exchanger and Nominal capacity (kW) at +45 °C HW and +10 °C storage temp for the bottom/middle exchanger and Nominal capacity (kW) at +45 °C HW and +10 °C storage temp for the top exchanger thanks and regards

Hello, Is it right that this tank supplies DHW (for example shower and bath, and hot water tap water) and also hot water for central heating ? My situation is as follows: a wood stove with central heating output, solar collectors on roof and an electric element in the tank. Outcoume would be domestic hot water (shower, bath, kitchen tap) and central heating (floor heating). From the documentation and description i get the suggestion that only DHW is supplied. Thanks in advance.

The structure of these storage tanks is fundamentally different from usual large-volume domestic-water tanks. A built-in stainless steel pipe separates the drinking water from the heating water and serves as a powerful heat exchanger at the same time. Thus, the advantages of a buffer tank are combined with those of an flow heater. The fresh drinking water runs through the corrugated stainless steel pipe in the water of the heated storage tank only if required and the stratification of the heating water is not disturbed. This leads to a very low energy consumption and guarantees legionella-free drinking water. You will not need a protective legionella programme in the regulation. By choosing additional smooth-pipe heat exchangers, more heat generators can be integrated and their energy can also be fed into the fresh-water storage tanks.

Hallo.

Sie können den Solarkollektor an den Speicher anschließen. Die Wärmepumpe können Sie theoretisch auch an den zweiten Wärmetauscher anschließen, da dieser aber relativ klein ist, eignet er sich nicht unbedingt für eine Wärmepumpe. Hier handelt sich aber auch um einen Frischwasserspeicher, d.h. Sie brauchen auch nicht unbedingt einen Wärmetauscher, weil es möglich ist, die Wärmepumpe direkt an den Behälter anzuschließen und somit den Nachteil umgehen, dass ein Wärmetauscher in seiner Leistung eingeschränkt wird.

Question:

Guten Abend, Ich kann in den technischen Unterlagen für den Speicher keine Klassifizierung für den Betriebsdruck der Primärseite ( Heizwasserseite)finden. Ich würde für einen Kunden gern den Speicher anbieten in einem Fernwärmesystem mit einem Betriebsdruck von 4Bar. Der anlegende Druck beträgt 3,5 Bar im System. Alternativ würde ich ansonsten einen Speicher mit 3 Glattrohrtauschern nehmen, um den Primär-Rücklauf niedrig und die Effektivität hoch zu halten. Könnten sie bitte die Anfrage schnell beantworten. Die Glattrohrtauscher sollten ja ausreichend druckfest sein, allerdings habe ich da auch keine Angabe gefunden. MfG Torsten Schlicht

Der Behälter kann 3 bar, der Trinkwasserwärmetauscher kann 6 bar und die Glattrohrwärmetauscher können 10 bar. Also die Glattrohrwärmetauscher haben kein Problem mit den 4 bar.
