Twin-line suction pump assembly SZ 1200

Twin-line suction pump assembly for supplying oil burners. The installation location is selected close to the consumer. The burners can draw the oil from the tank via six individual connections. The assembly is able to build up a vacuum of -0.95 bar. On the suction side, it can bridge 9.5 m vertically and 200 m horizontally. The effective delivery rate is highly dependent on the vacuum. As the oil is drawn in via the pipe between the tank and the burner, this results in a self-protected pipe. This allows the pipework to be installed out of sight, for example in the ground. For maximum safety, the assembly itself has a solenoid anti-siphon valve, overfill protection and an oil drip tray with leakage detector. A minimum fill level detection system ensures protection against dry running. The control system used offers extensive control options with potential-free operating and fault signalling outputs as well as an event memory.    

When foot or non-return valves are used, thermal expansion can lead to an increase in pressure in the suction line. In this case, a pressure-compensating valve should be installed upstream of the unit.
