Single-line suction pump unit for pumping the heating oil from the tank to the oil burner. The set-up location of the unit is selected directly at the burner so that it can remove the calmed down oil from the vessel.
The unit generates a vacuum of -0.95 bar and, thus, achieves a maximum delivery head of 9.5 m vertically at a possible distance of 200 m horizontally.
The closed system of the appliance prevents the leaking of oil or overfilling. The automatic performance adjustment ensures that only as much oil is pumped as is consumed. The unit has a housing cover that can be mutually used on both in order to facilitate the mounting on the left or on the right side.

Buongiorno, vorrei sapere se è corretto installare la valvola di intercettazione combustibile gasolio , obbligatoria in Italia, prima del vostro filtro con elettrovalvola con sistema monotubo , o può creare qualche problema sul funzionamento? Grazie

Se nella linea di aspirazione è presente una valvola di fondo o una valvola di non ritorno, l'espansione termica può provocare un aumento della pressione nella linea di aspirazione.
Se non è possibile rimuovere la valvola di fondo o di non ritorno esistente, si consiglia di installare un raccordo di equalizzazione della pressione o un vaso di espansione a membrana con membrana resistente all'olio.

In questo modo si riduce l'inammissibile aumento di pressione indotto termicamente nella linea di aspirazione.

Beste, Ik zou deze pomp willen voorzien voor een stroomgenerator van 100kva, mar deze heeft een verbruik van 25l/h. Lukt dat met dit toestel. indien dit niet lukt, wat stel je voor?

Hiervoor hebben we nog de hoogte en de afmetingen van de zuigleiding nodig. Artikel Suction-pump unit 200 kW with burner plug heeft slechts een verbruik van 20l/h. Wij zullen hiervoor contact met u opnemen.

Beste, mag dit aggregaat gebruikt worden met zuigleiding (50m) die eerst 8m omhoog loopt ten opzichte van onderzijde tank en daarna 6m daalt tot brander. (oversteek over poort) Bovenzijde tank is lager dan positie zuigaggregaat.

genau für diese Zwecke ist das Aggregat geeignet, da es das Öl in einen Vorratsbehälter pumpt der mit einem Entlüfter versehen ist. So erhalten Sie am Brenner blasenfreies Öl.
