Spanners
Spanners (BE) or wrenches (AE) are tools used for tightening or loosening bolts and nuts with different drive profiles. The size of the spanners is determined by the jaw opening. The are made of satin-finished chrome vanadium steel which provides a better grip than a highly polished surface.
The spanners are equipped with a so-called FlankTraction profile. This profile ensures that the edges are protected and that the force is applied in the area of the flank. Another advantage is that by using these spanners, even bolts that are slightly rusty or not 100% in shape, can be successfully loosened.
