Electromechanical safety temperature limiter for pocket mounting in heat generator plants and other HVAC applications. The device is mounted on an immersion tube. The limiter in the breakproof protective housing is fitted with a single-pole microswitch with change-over switch. When the nominal value is reached, the change-over switch is activated and remains locked in this position. Reset is performed manually and is only possible after the sensing element has cooled off by approx. 20 °C.
