All nozzle sizes have a primary and a secondary filter now. The filter width is adapted to the nozzle size, so that higher flow rates get a larger filter area.
The production is based on the latest technology. The nozzle heads are
manufactured and assembled as well as tested fully automatic in an enclosed cabin.
Therefore, human errors and pollution cannot be possible.
By applying only the most modern machinery and up-to-date production methods, a best possibly reproducible nozzle with lowest tolerances is built, one that is well below the given EN 293 standard.
Only Fluidics nozzles are really tested 100% regarding flowrate, spray angle and spray pattern. An especially developed sensor measures the flow rate in the shortest time possible. Spray angle and spray pattern are tested with cameras and evaluated by means of a special software at the same time.
The internal geometry has been designed in such a way that flow rates are less dependent on any changes in the oil temperature.
