The universal oil nozzle


Due to decades of experience with oil nozzles of all makes and the large number of different burner makes on the spare-parts market, OEG has been able to develop a nozzle designed for universal application and with the best possible combustion.
Thanks to most advanced production techniques, these nozzles pass through the individual production stages fully automatically, with highest precision and are 100% reproducible.
Due to lowest tolerances, values are significantly below the European standards EN293 and 299. All nozzle sizes are fitted with the protective double filter technology, made up of a primary and secondary filter as well as with a filter width matching the respective size. During the automated production process, each nozzle is being tested 100% regarding its spray characteristics and flow rate in order to guarantee a perfect combustion later.
In the following packaging process, a test oil mist remains on the
nozzle deliberately to ensure a long shelf life.
