Malleable cast iron pipe fittings galvanised

Galvanised malleable cast iron fittings with Whitworth pipe thread. Very long service life thanks to 50% thicker zinc coating than required by standard. DVGW and SVGW certified and applicable for gas and drinking water installations without restrictions.

The threads also known as British Standard Pipe (BSP) have a steeper and longer flank than metric threads. The female threads are cylindrical, the male threads are conical. By tightening the opposite pieces the connection becomes metallic sealing. The high angle precision of the fittings achieves a very high sealing force. The use of teflon tape or hemp is an additional option.
Screw connections should be used as complete assemblies from this assortment in order to achieve perfect tightness.
