Rubber-sheathed cable for the connection of electrical appliances with medium mechanical stress in dry, damp and wet rooms and outdoors. It is made up of finely stranded copper wires, a rubber insulation and a neoprene sheath.
The rubber-sheathed cable has a core identification according to DIN VDE 0293, and it is flame-resistant.
These cables are allowed to be used in a protected, fixed installation of pipes or in equipment and also as rotor-connecting cable of motors each at a rated voltage of up to 1,000 V AC or up to 750 V DC against ground.
