na één dag werking geeft de pomp foutsignaal: het 4° licht pinkt , er is geen circulatie meer. pomp op evenwichtsfles, gestuurd door cv ketel Junkers

het is niet helemaal duidelijk welke 4e lampje u bedoeld. Er zitten vele dioden op de pomp. Heeft u de pomp op automodus staan? Eventueel kunnen daardoor verbindingsproblemen ontstaan door de besturen van de ketel. Neem voor meer contact op met 0800 15693

La pompe peut faire circuler des mélanges eau-glycol jusqu'à un rapport de mélange de 1:1.
Pas de fluide à viscosité élevée, car cela affecterait les performances et pas de liquides inflammables.

Arrivata con il connettore rotto, mi è stato detto che non è possibile averlo di ricambio( nemmeno pagandolo) quindi mi trovo con una pompa da 350€ inutilizzabile. Pessima esperienza
Salve signor Fleischmann, mi scuso per la dichiarazione dei miei colleghi. È un prodotto OEG e naturalmente non vi lasceremo soli con esso. Possiamo inviarvi la pompa di ricambio? Chiariremo il problema del tappo dopo aver raccolto la pompa incompleta.

il prodotto sembra interessante, ma per poterlo utilizzare abbiamo assolutamente necessità di manuale d'uso in italiano e scheda tecnica in italiano, perché i clienti non accettano istruzioni in lingua diversa da italiano.
