Fuel oil de-aerator for single-line systems with return flow feed in oil-firing systems for continuous de-aeration. The automatic fuel oil de-aerator in safety version is equipped with an integrated filter, a stop-cock and a rotatable vacuum pressure gauge with a display area from -0.7/+0.9 bar (display of filter contamination). The de-aerator hood is equipped with a dual-float safety system to prevent oil foam from escaping through the ventilation hole. Optimum MC 18 fine filter is particularly recommended to be used with small nozzle sizes. The multiple filtration can be adjusted for the highest degree of fractional separation of dirt particles for oil consumption <20 l/h on the FloCo-Top-2KM. Watertight up to 10 m water column. Suitable for the media heating oil EL (DIN 51603-1), diesel fuel (EN 590), liquid fuels according to DIN SPEC 51603-6 and DIN/TS 51603-8 as well as bio heating oil and biodiesel with max. 30 % FAME (EN 14214). This product is therefore ideal for all ecologically upgraded heating oil consumer systems that use the new paraffinic fuels HVO or GTL as an admixture or 100%.
