The OEG double corrugated stainless steel pipe has been specifically developed for the use in solar systems. Together with a sensor cable, it is sheathed by an effective HT insulation. Due to the use of high-grade stainless steel (V4A), the corrugated pipe can be used for versatile applications in the private, commercial and industrial sector, subject to applicable regulations.
Advantages of the new insulation:
- robust outer insulating jacket made of multi-layered, waterproof polyethylene (PE)
- high-grade, dimensionally stable and flexible insulation made of waterproof, synthetic rubber
(EPDM), the insulation thickness can also be kept largely constant with bends
- very low water absorption of 5 % of EPDM
- easy and fast processing and laying
- excellent ageing resistance
- low thermal conductivity ( I = 0.045 W/mk)
- temperature resistance permanently up to +150 C (short-term up to +170 C)
- good UV-stability as well as weather and ozone resistance
- high chemical resistance
- good sound reduction
- Fire Protection Class B2
- control cable integrated in the insulation
- twin insulations are joined by a crossbar along the full length and can be separated if required

Bonjour Est il possible de passer ce tuyau en dalle béton avant coulage de la dalle
C'est possible, mais il serait plus judicieux d'insérer le tuyau ondulé inox dans un tuyau KG. Cela faciliterait également l'accès ultérieur au tuyau en cas de problème.

Beste , zijn deze leidingen ook geschikt om een warmtepomp monoblock aan te sluiten naar binnen , of zijn hier betere materialen voor ?

Indien de warmtepomp enkel voor verwarmen gebruikt wordt, kunt u deze buis zonder problemen gebruiken. Indien ook van een koelmodus gebruikt gemaakt wordt, kan dit alleen met buizen met een andere "dampdichte" isolatie.
